Tag Assignments

Adding Association

1.Select one or more Tags

•All Selected Tags will display in Tag Association field

2 Select one or more Templates

•All Selected Templates will display in another Tag Association field

3.Click Add Association Button

4.All Tags will associated together

5.Click button to see attached Templates and Activities under Selected Tags

Tag Preservation Setup

1.Select Associated Tag

2.Onto Tag Preservation Setup Window

3.Select New Preservation Start Date

4.Click Set Start Date

5. User can also edit Start Date for pre-existing Tags

Note - Warning window will display if user will make any changes.
