3. ViewPoints :

View Points are essentially screen shots of the Navisworks 3D model. One or more of these screen shots can be added to the Package to display a specific part of the 3D model.

 

3.1 Creating New Viewpoints

 

1.Package Name should be selected prior to creating a New Viewpoint

2.Click Create New ViewPoint

3.3D model will display in Original view

4.Rename or Create Description name

5.User can create more than one Viewpoint under one Package & it will be displayed on the left side of the window

 

 

3.11 To Edit a Viewpoint

 

1.Click open file

2.Default Photo window will display

3.Click edit button

4. Use following app features to change Viewpoint

•Basic fixes

•Filters

•Light

•Color

•Effects

•Enhance

•Rotate

•Crop

•Straighten

•Retouch

5.Click Save

6.Close it

 

3.12 Sharing Viewpoint

1.Click open File

2.Default Photo Window will display

3.Click share  button to share the Viewpoint photo us other external applications

 

 

3.13 To delete a Viewpoint

1.Click open File

2 Default Photo window will display

3.Click Recycle Bin  Button

4.Click Delete Button onto Warning window

 

3.14 To rotate a Viewpoint

1.Click open File

2.Default Photo window will display

3.Click rotation  button

 

3.15 To View All photos

1.Click open File

2.Default Photo window will display

3.Click View all Photos

4.Select

•Collection

•Albums

•Folders

5.Click Setting to

•Viewing and Editing

 

3.16 To view a full-screen viewpoint

1. Click Open File

2. Default Window will display

3. Click full-screen button

 

3.17 Other Viewpoint Options

1. Click Open File

2. Default Window will display

3. Click dotted  button

4. Select the option to

          - Open With: opens Viewpoint in another application

          - Copy

          - Print

          -Set As

          -File Information

 

 

3.2 Annotation Viewpoint

 

1.Click Open File

2.Open photo in available application

3.Make changes to the Viewpoint photo and save it 

4.Click Yes to update the annotated Viewpoint to save changes

5.Click Annotated button to view changes from original drawing

6. In the description box below, add a description outlining the changes that need to be made to the viewpoint (Optional)

 

3.21 Update Annotated Viewpoint

 

1. Click on the Annotated Tab

2. Follow steps in Section 3.2 Annotation VIewpoint to update Annotated Viewpoint

 

3.3 Overwrite the images

 

1.Click Refresh Viewpoint

2.Click yes to the Confirm Viewpoint Delete Window

•          If user doesn't need to change it then confirm No

3.It will again take you to the 3D model to select drawing

4.And user can start all over again to make new changes or delete the original Viewpoint

 

 

3.4 Selected Primary Viewpoint

User can make the latest selection by clicking the Make Selected Primary Viewpoint

 

•User will highlight the latest Package name under Package at Viewpoint window

•Click Make Selected Primary Viewpoint

•It will automatically shows up the Selected Viewpoint when Reviewer will open Viewpoint again
