Typical Work Progress Process

1.Create Electrical Template (with Approval Process)

2.Add 3 Milestones

3.Make Total completion > 100 %

4.Error (total % <> 100%) Process?

5.Assign un-assigned Electrical Tags to Template

6.Progress 5 tags with the first milestone complete

7.View Dashboard to confirm those 5 Tags are in the Pending ROC Table

8.Confirm those 5 tags appear in ROC Approval Module

9.Approve 2 of them Reject 2 of them and leave the last one as pending

10.Approved and Rejected(?) tags should be removed from ROC Approval List

11.View Dashboard to confirm those 5 tags are in the correct section Pending Approved and Rejected tables

12.Select rejected tag, review approver’s comments and resubmit for approval

13.*Select approved tag from dashboard and clear flag to remove from approve list

*Possibility when a tag is approved a flag is set to add it to approve list on dashboard by default

 

Changing Template Association Process

1.Open Tag ROC

2.Select electrical discipline

3.Select multiple tags spanning multiple templates.

4.Error should show up. Too many templates selected.

5.Select multiple tags with the same template assigned.

6.Milestone list should appear on the right hand side with the ability to modify template

7.Click modify template

8.In Copy Template Name should default contain: current Name & “Rev X”

9.Click Copy Template

10.Modify template by:

a.Removing a milestone

b.Adding a milestone in the middle of 2 milestones

c.Change % of milestones to equal greater than 100%

1.Click Sync Tags with new template

2.Error message should appear for Total % > 100 %.

3.Make total milestone % = 100% and click Sync Tags

4.Review update page and click sync

5.Confirm selected tags have changed to new template association.

Perform both above processes using the mechanical discipline.
